Description

Enova wants to engage an external provider who can conduct a third-party assessment of selected applications for Enova's transport plan. Enova will take care of all executive works but wishes to use the selected provider to quality assure the assessment of applications. Enova requests assistance for external third-party assessment of selected applications related to our transport plan. The third-party assessments shall vary from simple assessments/answers to concrete questions, to a complete technical assessment/third-party verification. The support program is directed towards land and maritime transport services. The majority of applications is related to the maritime sector and relevant competence and experience shall therefore be emphasised in the evaluation of tenders. The expected time period of the assignment is 500 hours per annum. Note that the assignment's total scope is dependent on the transport market activities and that the scope of the assignment may deviate from the above mentioned estimate. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to make minimum call-offs under the contract.
