Provision of Childcare Services ‘Knoppschachtel’

Description

The European Central Bank was seeking interested parties through this call to express interest for participating in a procurement procedure for the provision of childcare services in the ECB’s childcare facility ‘Knoppschachtel’ in Frankfurt’s Ostend. Lot 1: The ECB offers childcare as benefit to its staff in order to promote the reconciliation of family and professional responsibilities, compatibility of family and working life. Since the year 2000 childcare is provided to children of ECB staff by various childcare providers and facilities. In total, there are currently more than 450 places available. One of the ECB childcare facilities is the facility Knoppschachtel located in Ferdinand-Happ-Str. 55-57 in 60314 Frankfurt am Main. For this facility, the ECB was looking for a service provider. The contract will have an initial duration of 8 years plus automated extensions by 4 additional years at a time (extendable contract without a fixed maximum term) if market conditions have remained unchanged. The estimated contract value represents the estimate for 8 years. Please refer to II.2.4) ‘Description of the procurement’.
