Long-distance heating

Description

For Statsbygg's property: Innlandet University College, Gudbrandsdalsveien 350, Lillehammer. Statsbygg wants to implement a qualification process for tenderers who may be interested in submitting tenders for: Supply of water-borne heating (ready heating). Our lessee; Innlandet University College shall subscribe to and be a part of the contract with the supplier. The contract period will be 15 years, with an option for a further 5 + 5 years. Water-borne heating (ready heating) is to be delivered to boiler rooms in 3 different buildings in the university college area (3 subscription centrals). The delivery must cover the property's requirements for heating and domestic hot water. The figure below is an estimated energy and effect need for water-borne heating (ready heating), based on a measurement of electricity to the electrical boiler, which went to water-borne heating (ready heating) for the years 2015-17. Oil has not been used during this period. The tenderer must be able to deliver heating to the buildings in accordance with the actual requirements throughout the year, and variations in consumption must be expected in the summer and winter months. The buyer will not be bound to procure a specific volume.
