East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT) is embarking on a procurement project to identify a Contractor to provide staff and visitor retail and catering services at Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital, near Hastings. The services being tendered are: — Staff and visitor cafés; — Staff and visitor retail services. The tender will comprise 2 lots: Lot 1 — Conquest Hospital: Café and retail outlet in the main entrance area. Lot 2 — Eastbourne District General Hospital: Café and an additional retail space in the main entrance area; Café in the lower ground floor adjacent to the staff restaurant. For avoidance of doubt, the staff restaurants are not included in this tender exercise. (Further information is available within the PQQ documentation.)
