Electrical Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs, Installations and Associated Works for the public sector covering commercial / communal and domestic properties for periodic / planned and ad-hoc emergency requirements split over 10 Lots covering the following, but not limited to, main areas; All Communal and Commercial Works (2 Lots split by value) CCTV, Door Entry and Warden Call / OAP Alarms (2 Lots split by value) TV and Radio Aerial / Lightening Conductors Works for Communal, Commercial and Domestic (1 Lot) Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Work (2 Lots split by value) All Domestic Works (2 Lots split by value) All Communal, Commercial and Domestic Works (1 Lot) The Agreement is available to all current and future members of Procurement for All (PFA), a public sector consortium with a list of members available from the website: www.procurementforall.co.uk The scope of the works under this Lot comprises of, but not limited to, the following work-streams up to the value of £75,000: Periodic Servicing and Inspection Routine Maintenance Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); Major works (including re-wire) Call Handling (including Out of Hours Call Handling) Out of Hours Emergency Works; and Technical Inspections; Individual contracts and orders may be placed for any part or all of the work-streams to be undertaken throughout the Contract Period to individual or groups of Properties including communal areas and other offices and non-domestic properties owned, managed or maintained by the Client on behalf of themselves, other social landlord's and building owners. Properties are likely to be occupied by Customers of the Client or of other social landlord's whilst the Works are undertaken. Works may take place to any or all of the Properties. The scope of the works under this Lot comprises of, but not limited to, the following work-streams between the values over £75,000: —Periodic Servicing and Inspection —Routine Maintenance —Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); —Major works —[Call Handling (including Out of Hours Call Handling)] —Out of Hours Emergency Works; and —Technical Inspections; Individual contracts and orders may be placed for any part or all of the work-streams to be undertaken throughout the Contract Period to individual or groups of Properties including communal areas and other offices and non-domestic properties owned, managed or maintained by the Client on behalf of themselves, other social landlord's and building owners. Properties are likely to be occupied by Customers of the Client or of other social landlord's whilst the Works are undertaken. Works may take place to any or all of the Properties.
