The project is looking to identify and implement a real-time alert solution that enables teachers to discreetly and immediately request assistance from designated staff without leaving the classroom. The need for the project was highlighted through a recent audit, which identified gaps in current communication arrangements and the risks associated with delayed responses. The proposed solution will improve staff safety, support effective classroom management, and help maintain a safe and positive learning environment for both staff and pupils. The project may also contribute towards meeting future legislative requirements, including those associated with Martyn's Law. The system must allow teachers to request immediate assistance in real time from relevant staff.
