Provision of counselling to the Hope Haven service in Newcastle and Gateshead Lot 1: Contract award notice for PSR Direct Award C - Newcastle and Gateshead Hope Haven services - iCan. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice under Direct Award Process C. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 27th April 2026 via email to:<br/>gill.keane@cntw.nhs.uk<br/>Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is looking to award the below contract to iCan.<br/>The commitment is for a 1 year contract with an annual value of £150,890 ex VAT. The contract period is 1/4/26 – 31/3/27.<br/>The Authority reserve the right to extend this contract for a further 1 x 12 month periods subject to funding and / or need.<br/>As per the PSR direct award process C through assessment of key criteria the authority is satisfied that the existing provider is delivering the services to a sufficient standard and will continue to do so in this intended future award. No conflicts of interest.<br/>This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
