Non-emergency patient transport to Bergen Hospital Trust - Fedje, formerly Os municipality, Strandebarm and Oma

The procurement concerns the purchase of patient journeys by road. Patient transport by road is a facilitated transport where the patients, according to applicable legislation, have the right to have their expenses covered for transport to and from treatment. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity of patient transport, and reserves the right for variations in the contract quantity. The contracting authority aims to facilitate increased coordination within the contract, including measures to establish fixed routes and coordinated patient travel across municipal borders and tender areas. The contract has a combined estimated value of NOK 40,000,000. The contest has a combined maximum value of NOK 49,000,000. The stated scope is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for the future contract volume. The requested services are divided into Lot 1 Fedje, Lot 2 former Os municipality and Lot 3 Strandebarm and Omastrand. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity of patient transport, and reserves the right for variations in the contract quantity. Rate groups 1 and 2 (see Annex 1 - Price Form, "Definitions" tab for more information). The estimated total value for the contract period (2 years + 1 year + 1 year) is NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value over the contract period with options (2 years + 1 year + 1 year) is NOK 36,000,000 excluding VAT.
