Printing services

Description

Tromsø Municipality will enter into a framework agreement for printing services and graphical design services. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for all areas. The expected contract value for 4 years is approx. NOK 5 000 000-8 000 000. The value is based on previous years’ consumption. This estimate is not binding for Tromsø Municipality in the contract period. The amount is subject to variation based on the need of each service place and the budget situation. The framework agreement for the procurement of external printing services and printing services will be used when the municipality does not have the competence/equipment for the assignment, and/or has a lack of internal capacity. The need will mainly consist of digital and offset printing: brochures/flyers, catalogues, reports, banners, placards, etc. The framework agreement shall always cover the current need for the procurement of graphical design services. The need can vary from throughout the year from idea development to graphical design for all types of printed matter and digital platforms, including a need for co-operation for creative work, e.g., the development of potential campaigns, graphical templates, magazines, illustrations, etc.
