Provision of the Account Analytics module within NEC Housing

Description

North Ayrshire Council required the purchase of data analytical software to add new functionality to the existing NEC Housing software package. Lot 1: The Account Analytics module within NEC Housing will enable Housing to intelligently analyse customer data and identify Tenants in the most need earlier and more efficiently. The contract will commence on 1st September 2026 and the contract end date is 31st March 2029. The contract will terminate on this date unless otherwise advised in advance. An option to extend for an additional period of up to twelve months will be at the sole discretion of NAC and subject to satisfactory performance and funding.
