Construction work

Description

To establish a framework of contractors capable of providing major works construction and refurbishments within the UK for the Public Sector. The framework will cover, but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, etc. It is proposed that the term of this Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years from April 2020, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. This lot is for the procurement of works projects between 5 000 000 GBP and 15 000 000 GBP. This lot is for the procurement of works projects between 15 000 000 GBP and 50 000 000 GBP. This lot is for the procurement of works projects 50 000 000 GBP or more.
