Development and Construction of 42 Properties across 3 sites

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from organisations for the Development and Construction of 42 Properties across 3 sites. as part of their Small Sites Programme using Modern Nethods of Construction (MMC), which will be the first homes delivered by the Council using this method of construction. These homes are to be delivered across 3 different sites and HCC is hoping to use the efficiencies of off-site manufacture to accelerate delivery by overlapping off-site manufacture whilst the on-site works are progressing. The scheme includes a mixture of bungalows and houses. The sites are: Campbell Court Oriel Grove Ellerburn The tender is a mini-competition via the CHIC Framework. The contract is anticipated to commence between April 2026 and August 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be approximately £9,000,000. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
