Description

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting Tenders for the Provision of a suitable Contractor to undertake fire safety upgrades and refurbishment work on the high-rise block Kenneth Robbins House. The scope of works will consist of but is not limited to: • Window replacement. • External structural brickwork repairs. • New lateral mains. • Asbestos removal. • Replacement of soil and vent pipes (internal). • Replacement of bathrooms and kitchen base units. • Communal repairs and decorations, including flooring. • New lighting to communal areas, including emergency lighting. • New fire doors to stairwell. • New front entrance doors, including doors to intake cupboard. • Firestopping to communal and internal areas. • Replacement of kitchens and bathrooms. • Evacuation Alert System and Door Entry. • Refurbishment of community centre.
