Description
The Delivery Authority requires a Digital Services Engineering Partner (DSEP) to deliver integrated IT service management and engineering services over a five-year period. The provider will deliver core ITIL-aligned management capabilities, a business-hours service desk and on-site support (including Palace and QEII locations), limited out-of-hours incident triage, a core engineering team supported by scalable specialist resource, ServiceNow development, and project delivery on a time and materials basis, with scope to refine and expand requirements through ongoing market engagement.
