Description

PfH Scotland wish to establish a framework agreement for Whole House refurbishment works over six lots. This will include; Kitchen Installations, Bathroom Installations, Disabled Adaption installations, Roofing Repair and Maintenance, hard Landscaping and Cyclical Painting. The Contract is to be split over six geographical regions. The duration of the framework agreement is to be four years. Lot 2: Bathroom Installations and Associated Works Bathroom Installation and Associated works including but not limited to, bathroom installations, electrical works, plumbing and sanitary works, flooring, tiling and associated bathroom construction works. Additional information: Where electrical works are to be carried out suppliers must hold NICEIC, Select or national equivalent, either directly or within their supply (where they are relying on their supply chain for electrical works) Lot 3: Disabled Adaptations and Associated Works Disabled Adaptation installations including but not limited to, installation and upgrades of hoists, stair lifts, electrical works, bathroom adaptations, railings, the upgrade and installation of ramps and other means of disabled access and associated building alterations. Additional information: Where electrical works are to be carried out suppliers must hold NICEIC, Select or national equivalent, either directly or within their supply (where they are relying on their supply chain for electrical works) Lot 4: Roofing Repair, Maintenance and Installation Roofing Repair, Maintenance and Installation and Associated Works included but not limited to, roofing repair and maintenance, sheeting works, guttering, scaffolding works, installation and upgrade of solar panels, roofing painting and cement works. Lot 5: Hard Landscaping Hard Landscaping and Associated Works including but not limited to, hard landscaping, installation of gates and fencing, drainage works, driveways and associated woks. Lot 6: Cyclical Painting Cyclical Painting and Associated Works including but not limited to, external painting, internal painting, decorating, scaffolding, paint stripping and paint repair works. Lot 1: Kitchens Installations and Associated Works Lot 1 - Kitchen Installation and Associated Works, including but not limited to, kitchen installations, electrical works, heating upgrades, minor building alteration works, flooring, tiling and associated appliance works. Additional information: For electrical works that are to be carried out, contractors must hold NICEIC, Select or a national equivalent either directly or within the supply (where they are relying on their supply chain for electrical works)
