TFGM TravelSafe Support and Enforcement Officer Requirement

Description

This contract award is intended to fulfil: * TfGM's general security requirements incl. static guarding at sites * Provision of security support for high-risk events, and * The TravelSafe Support and Enforcement Officer (TSEO) service The TSEO service will deliver a range of activities to support passenger and staff safety across the Bee Network. The role includes protection of revenue and performing revenue inspection activity on bus. The contractor would be required to supply high calibre, customer-centric personnel on a 24/7 basis, level of which will vary dependent on levels of service provision. It is expected that the awarded supplier will work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the TfGM TravelSafe Operations Manager, this is designed to guide and inform TSEO taskings and deployments, use of relevant tactics and access wider partnership opportunities.
