Stange municipality and Stange municipal housing company invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for builder services. The contracting authority intends to enter into 3 parallel agreements for trade services within the discipline builder services, provided that are a sufficient number of tenderers and tenders. Point 4 in annex A Contract has information on the division of jobs between suppliers. The framework agreements shall include work such as renovation/alterations, new buildings and maintenance work on the municipality's properties — both internal and external. The procurement is mainly a service procurement. There will however also be the delivery of some materials, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer provides the materials required for the execution of the assignment in question. The procurement's estimated value over the contract period: 9 000 000 NOK excl. VAT The Contracting Authority does not pledge a specified volume, as changes in the need, budget and procedures may affect the total volume. A framework agreement shall be signed for two years. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract by 1 + 1 year. If the contract will not be extended, written notification on this will be given at least 3 months before the contract period expires.
