Tate Galleries - Art Transport Framework Agreement 2022

Description

This PIN is intended to alert the market to an upcoming opportunity to tender for the Tate Galleries Transport Framework Agreement (TFA). The TFA is a framework agreement which provides for the for the packing, handling and safe movement of exhibition loans from private and institutional lenders from within the UK and abroad to some, or all of Tate’s sites and to other venues in the UK and abroad (in the case of touring exhibitions). Lot 1: Exhibitions This lot will focus on providing transport services related to distinct exhibitions conducted by the Tate gallery sites. Lot 2: Shuttle This lot relates to the routine, road-going, shuttle that transports pieces between the Tate sites. Lot 3: International Programme This lot aims to support the international programme of artwork being transported to external partners.
