Description
Kystverket [the Norwegian Coastal Administration] now sees the need to carry out a mid-life update on the three NorMar 200TI uptake systems on the Norwegian Coastal Administration's vessels in the Barents Sea classification. Through this, we anticipate that the lifetime of the uptake systems will be extended for five to seven years. Involves the replacement of worn parts and the manufacture of special parts for the system. The procurement also includes the option for a complete floating hose as a reserve for the 3 systems. Mid-life update involves comprehensive review of the uptake system, condition assessment, replacement of work parts, including manufacturing of individual parts. The objective of the procurement is to extend the lifetime of the systems.
