TDC RP Responsive Repairs Contractor Framework - AWARD

Description

Tandridge District Council in Surrey invites qualified Contractors to respond to this ITT for the Tender of works valued below the OJEU threshold. The contract term will be 5 years. The Authority is looking to encourage local SMEs, by means of a Framework Agreement, to provide the Responsive Repairs Service. The work has been split into 7 Lots, by trade: o Drainage o Electrical o Fencing o Groundwork & Brickwork o Guttering o Roofing o Windows & Doors Tenderers can bid for a single Lot, multiple Lots or all Lots. The Authority is seeking to appoint two Contractors for each Lot on a call-off basis.
