East Renfrewshire council are seeking a suitable experienced contractor to undertake repairs that meet HES conservation standards to Capelrig House which is a category ‘A’ listed 18th Century House Capelrig House is a category ‘A’ listed 18th Century House, the planned works are to secure and make wind and watertight the external fabric of the building. The works will see substantial roof structure and covering repairs, drainage refurbishment and enhancement, some stonework repair, and some window and door repair and replacement. All repairs must meet HES conservation standards appropriate to the building’s listing The tender route is an Open procedure for below threshold works contracts.
