Framework agreements for the delivery of aids to municipalities

Framework agreements will be signed for the procurement of aids for institutions. Technical aids for institutions means: A - Person lifting devices and moving aids - approx. NOK 780,000. B - Hygiene aids - approx. NOK 900,000. C - Walking aids - approx. NOK 200,000. D - Wheelchairs - approx. NOK 100,000. E - Hospital beds - approx. NOK 300,000. F - Mattresses - approx. NOK 500,000. The contest is split into six product areas to ensure greater competition. Tenderers can choose which product area they would like to submit a tender for, but tenders must include all the products within the area they have chosen. Tenderers must cross off the product area the tender is for in the attached draft of the tender letter. The contracting authority intends to enter into one framework agreement per product area. Joint requirements specification and joint requirements have been written for all the groups. Joint requirements specification and joint requirements have been written for all the groups. The contract can also be used by other municipal entities, including all governmental bodies and coalitions established by one or more of these municipalities. The framework agreement will be valid for two years with an option for an extension for one year at a time to a total length of maximum four years. The framework agreement's product areas are stated with estimated values equivalent to the last 4 years history. The evaluation will emphasise the entire product series and the possibility to use the same accessories for several of the products. This will simplify the employees' working day in the institutions.
