Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder

Description

Framework agreement for the Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder. The framework will be available for use by Pembrokeshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Cyngor Gwynedd. The framework will be for a period of four years and is split into 2 Lots. Only one supplier will be appointed to each lot of the framework. Lot 1 will be Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder and is available for use by Pembrokeshire County Council and Ceredigion County Council; and Lot 2 will be Supply Only and available for use by Cyngor Gwynedd. Each lot will be awarded separately and tenders may be be submitted for one or both lots.
