Description

This contract is for the provision of Highway treatment and asset surveys and associated technology, drawn down from an existing framework agreement arranged by Blackpool Council in compliance with OJEU regulations (ref. 2021/S 000-011783). The Council already draws down on both elements of this framework for our condition surveys and analysis contract with the only provider, Gaist. This separate contract is for provision of additional annual digital inspection surveys and data analysis to help with our statutory duty to maintain our highway network.
