Supply of Materials and Associated Managed Services

The existing Materials Framework Agreement is due to expire in March 20231. It is currently divided into nine lots - plumbing and heating, gas spares, building materials, electrical supplies, aids and adaptations, stairlifts, tool and plant hire, managed services and national consortia of independent merchants. The future lot structure will be confirmed in the Contract Notice following market engagement and the development of the framework strategy. Lot 1: PfH wishes to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to provide materials and associated managed services to its member base. The scope of the Framework will include but not be limited to plumbing and heating supplies, gas spares, building materials, electrical equipment, aids and adaptations, stairlifts, tool and plant hire and managed services. It is likely that the framework will be divided into lots, which will be finalised following market engagement. Details of the lots will be set out in the Contract Notice. PfH wish to engage with the market in order to support the development of the framework strategy. This will be carried out through one to one telephone / video call discussions.
