Purchase of Consultancy Services for Public Procurements

Sirkula IKS shall enter into a Framework Agreement with a consultancy company for services for public procurements, the classic sector. The scope is estimated to be between 700 and 1 500 hours per year. The assignments will be implementation of operative procurements. For some projects the entire process may be relevant. Hereunder assistance in defining needs, selection of procedure, preparation of all tender documents, negotiations, evaluation, completion and signing of contracts, as well as managing any objections and complaints. For other projects, only quality assurance of the Contracting Authority's processes and competition documents, or only quality assurance of contract documents, will apply. Typical procurements are related to ICT, transport, disposal and treatment services for waste, waste equipment/waste machinery, heavy vehicles, construction machinery, tradesman services, consultancy services for various professions, other service contracts, etc. The list is not exhaustive.
