Description

St. Olavs Hospital Trust, Immunology and Transfusion Medicine Department would like to procure an instrument for analysing allergy analyses. The intention is to enter into a contract with Thermo Fischer for Phadia 1000 possibly an option for 250 or Phadia 2500. The contract will not be signed before 20.07.2023. See the annex for detailed justification. Lot 1: St. Olavs Hospital Trust, Immunology and Transfusion Medicine Department would like to procure an instrument for analysing allergy analyses. After reviewing the need and the market, we are of the opinion that there is only one relevant supplier (Thermo Fischer). We are therefore choosing to make the procurement through a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice. A framework agreement will also be established for instrument-dependent consumables and, at a later date, a service contract. Refer to § 13-4 - b . § 13-4. Terms for procurements without a contest. The contracting authority can make a procurement without a contest if b) the procurement concerns services that only one specific supplier can provide as 2. competition is impossible due to technical reasons.
