Operating under an NEC4 Professional Services call-off contract, the Consultant will deliver the following services:- RIBA Stages 3-7, progressing the detailed design and delivery of the new Complex Needs Care Home on an existing Council site at Westwood, Morton area of Carlisle. They will perform the role of Project Manager as defined by NEC4 and Principal Designer under CDM and The Building Safety Act 2022, and provide technical input, contract administration, advice and support and an NEC4 Supervisor/Clerk of Works role.
