PPM of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Hot water services &Plant equipment

The National Maternity Hospital, is seeking to invite service contractors to provide planned preventative maintenance and 24/7-365 emergency break down cover for the hospitals heating, cooling, ventilation and hot water services plant and infrastructure. The hospital would like to schedule quarterly PPM visits for our ventilation and bi-annual visits for our heating, cooling, gas detection and BMS. The PPM visits will be coordinated with the hospitals engineering department to minimise the disruption to the clinical service provided by the hospital. The hospital relies on detailed recommendations during the course of the PPM visits to ensure that all of the mechanical/electrical services are performing as designed or to an acceptable performance level and remain fit for purpose. A minimum 4-hour response to callout emergency break downs is essential to prevent disruption to our core clinical activities.
