The provision of respite care for children and young adults with learning disabilities and supported needs together with other Service Users for which respite services may be relevant Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions. The services were awarded under the Negotiated Procedure without prior publication on the grounds that the previous open procedure under the Light Touch Regime had not received compliant offers
