It includes the creation of engaging campaign concepts, production of multi‑format creative assets, management of campaign rollout, and the strategic planning and optimisation of media activity across digital, social, print, outdoor, radio and broadcast channels. The service also encompasses audience insight, message development, performance tracking, and continuous refinement to ensure campaigns achieve maximum reach and behavioural impact. Water Safety Ireland delivers several key national safety campaigns throughout the year, including seasonal water‑safety awareness, summer drowning‑prevention messaging, cold‑water shock education, and targeted campaigns for high‑risk groups such as open‑water swimmers, anglers, and families. The appointed provider will support the creative development and media execution of these priority campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, strong public engagement, and effective use of media investment to drive year‑round awareness and behaviour change.
