RFT for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud Software Licensing and Product Support

Description

The Contracting Authority requests quotations from interested parties for the supply of the following licenses: • 34 x Adobe Acrobat Pro Licenses, software management and product support for the duration of this contract, beginning 19/09/2025. These licenses are due for renewal on 19/09/2025. • 5 x Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses, software management and product support for the duration of this contract, beginning 19/09/2025. These licenses are due for renewal on 13/01/2026. The successful party will: • Manage any issues or queries that may arise with Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud. • Procure the best possible price for license purchase and will manage the renewal of said licenses and support each year. • Provide a facility to draw down additional individual licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud if required.
