Express deliveries of goods in Norway

Description

The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for express deliveries of goods in Norway, when the Contracting Authority is unable to cover the need through own supply channels. The framework agreement shall cover the transport of consignments that need immediate collection with delivery on the same day, or the following working day by 12:00 (Norwegian time). Lot 1: The framework agreement duration will be 2 years. The contracting authority reserves the unilateral right to extend the framework agreement one or more times up to further 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract including options is 4 years. The framework agreement is a non-exclusive framework agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter agreements that are partially overlapping the framework agreement with other tenderers when deemed appropriate. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for the assignment. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT.
