Organisation Development Consultancy

Description

Provision of organisation development consultancy services to support the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) in assessing organisational culture, leadership, and change readiness, and in developing practical recommendations and a high-level implementation roadmap. The initial requirement comprises a discrete phase with a maximum value of £75,000 (exclusive of VAT), to be delivered through a combination of desk-based analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workshops. The contract is structured as a phased engagement and may be varied to include additional Statements of Requirement of a similar nature and scope, subject to need and available budget. The total cumulative contract value will not exceed £170,000 (exclusive of VAT).
