Winter maintenance and snow clearing of Corporate Offices Lot 1: The Bidder (s) will provide a regular, reliable and efficient Winter Maintenance and snow clearing service for some of its main Corporate Office Buildings throughout Aberdeenshire, which meets a high standard and is carried out safely. The sites that are to be covered are as follows: Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB16 5GB Gordon House, Blackhall Road, Inverurie, AB51 3WA Buchan House, St Peter St, Peterhead, AB42 1QF Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven, AB39 2DQ Joint Equipment Centre, Burghmuir Place, Inverurie, AB51 4FW Joint Equipment Centre, Unit 8 Inverurie Business Park, Souterford Rd, Inverurie, AB51 0ZJ Winter Maintenance will be required to be carried out no earlier than 5am and prior to 7am Monday – Sunday when the temperature reaches -2 degrees Celsius and below. It is the responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the weather conditions and ensure that gritting and snow clearance is carried out in accordance with the weather forecast. Where inclement weather occurs during the hours of 7am to 7pm it is expected that the tenderer will respond to the change in weather and attend sites as required to carry out either gritting or snow clearing services.
