The Contracting Authority are looking to award a contract for the following works:- Internal Cyclical Painting Works External Cyclical Painting Works The works shall take place at the Contracting Authority's housing schemes. The contract terms shall be 5 years. Due to restrictive work timescales, it is expected that the contract will be awarded to two contractors with the estimated Contract Value for each supplier being approximately half of the estimated total contract value.
