Demolition of redundant Block W building located adjacent to the Westfield Junior School site. Works to include: Site establishment and contractor mobilisation. Licensed asbestos removal and disposal. Full demolition of Block W. Removal of all demolition arisings from site. Breaking out and removal of foundations as required. Site clearance and making good. Preparation of site for future use. Formation of hardstanding/car parking area following demolition (subject to final design and approvals). Any associated statutory compliance requirements. Call Off Contract awarded as a result of a Mini Competition under the DN729015 Minor Works Construction 2024 Framework under Lot 1
