Professional Services Framework

Description

Orbit is preparing to procure a framework of suppliers to provide professional services requirements across its group. The Framework is expected to include the following Lots although this is subject to change. The final lots will be confirmed in the published Tender Notice: Lot 1 - Financial, Audit & Risk Services Lot 2 - Digital Transformation & Technology Services Lot 3 - Civil and Structural Engineering Services Lot 4 - Building Services Engineering (M&E) Lot 5 - Architectural Design & Planning Services Lot 6 - Project Management & Technical Assurance Services Lot 7 - Decarbonisation Retrofit for Dwellings (PAS 2035:2019) Services Lot 8 - Landscape Architectural Design Services Lot 9 - Sustainability & Environmental Consultancy Services Lot 10 - Fire Engineering Services including EWS1 & FRAEW Surveys Lot 11 - Surveying Services Lot 12 - Valuation Services It is proposed that this will be an open framework for a term of 8 years.
