This framework will be comprised of a number of large-scale capital works projects across all of Dublin City University’s campuses and/or properties. The framework will be tendered on the basis of an initial call-off project, the “Glasnevin Student Residence Project” (GSR or the Project), which comprises of a scheme of circa 405 beds to be delivered in one phase. Lot 1: This framework will be comprised of a number of large-scale capital works projects across all of Dublin City University’s campuses and/or properties.
