The tender has 2 aims: 1) To order a status report for knowledge on a sustainable, blue economy for Norwegian sea areas in the north and 2) To order a foresight study for 2030 and 2050 on the same topic. The studies are to include all blue business sectors, take care of the totality and be anchored in the UN's established goals of sustainable development for the environment, economy and society.
