SKDC-1535 HOUSING REPAIRS

Description

South Kesteven District Council (the "Council") is inviting tenders for a response repairs contract. We seek to appoint two experienced Contractors to carry out response repairs as per the NHF Schedule of Rates 7.2 version with the agreed percentage uplift forming part of the Tender Offer. Part of the service included acting as a Management Contractor for Major and Complex Repairs with individual work packages/composite items ranging in value from £10k <£ 49k each. It is envisaged that the works will be split fairly although this is not guaranteed. The annual spend for each repair contractor will be split equally between the two contractors as far as practicable, subject to satisfactory performance of each contract.
