Description

Provision of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in bungalows across the Wakefield area. The contract for this service will commence on 1.10.2019 and will be put in place for 2 years and 2 months therefore the expiry date will be 30.11.2021. The Council may extend the contract by up to a further 3 years making the final possible expiry date 30.11.2024. The total actual value in V.2.4) is an estimated value as providers are paid on the actual number of hours delivered which can fluctuate throughout the life of the contract.
