Description

A contract for the carrying out of construction works at the development known as “Imperial 2”, being the proposed development at Clockhouse and Access House, Imperial Street, Bromley-by-Bow, London E3 3EA. The contract is for the carrying out of construction works at the Imperial 2 development, at Clockhouse and Access House, Imperial Street, Bromley-by-Bow, London E3 3EA. The works to be carried out under the contract will comprise of the design and construction of a mixed use scheme comprising 500 residential apartments and approximately 3 570 m2 of flexible community, commercial and retail space, a basement, an energy centre and associated community and public space.
