Linc was seeking a suitably skilled, experienced and qualified provider to deliver the post construction fit out of a new Independent Living Scheme, Cwrt Yr Orsaf in Pontypridd. The appointed provider will deliver the fit out to meet or exceed the stated quality and technical standards and designs whilst minimising the amount of virgin materials and resources utilised in fixtures and fittings and carbon in the overall delivery process. Cwrt Yr Orsaf is a state of the art Extra Care Scheme in the heart of the historical market town of Pontypridd, ideally located next to the town centre and Pontypridd train station. The post construction fit out of Cwrt Yr Orsaf is integral to creating the right environment for our residents and therefore it is critical that the fit out reflects purpose and nature of the building. Accordingly, the fit out will be delivered to meet or exceed the stated design requirements as well as technical and quality standards.
