Supply of donated eye tissue used for corneal transplantation and other surgery. Lot 1: At present the East Grinstead (QVH) Eye bank orders human eye tissue from accredited suppliers. The Eye Bank assures all eye tissue products are procured to satisfy the expectations of both our service users and patients whilst in full compliance to applicable regulations and standards as prescribed by the Human Tissue Authority. Additional information: the £187500 figure covers a Five-year contract from the commencement date. the figure is an approximate sum, given that each cornea will be different. additionally the amount of tissue required each month will vary.
