Description

Westhaven House is an extra care scheme with older general needs customers. Aster have received multiple reports of water ingress associated with the external cladding/rain screens to this scheme since year 2005. There are 5 locations/bays to the front elevation where we have these rain screens that date back to the original build year. Aster Group requires installation of a Trespa system. It is agreed that the new panels would be in keeping with the original design. In addition to the renewal of the rain screens, the following works will need to be incorporated in for delivery at the same time. • Low level roof replacement in conjunction with the rain screens • Localised fireproofing works in conjunction with the rain screens ## Contract award
