Licence, Support and Maintenance of Civica APP

Description

Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the continuation of the licence and maintenance of Civica APP which is currently used by Communities & Housing Services for the recording and allocation of all work such as complaints, services requests, visits and samples of Trading Standards, Business Regulation (Food Safety and Health and Safety), Environmental Improvements and the Community Safety Service (Wardens and ASIST). Lot 1: This procurement exercise was conducted as a direct award procedure in accordance with the Call off Contract requirements of Lot 3 – Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions including Financial & Commercial of the Crown Commercial Services Framework for Vertical Application Solutions RM6259 and the Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts.
