Description

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to provide design-led feasibility studies for two existing sites. While neither site is currently associated with a live development project, the studies are intended to inform the Council's decision-making regarding the potential for future development. The appointed consultant will be required to explore and assess a range of potential uses for each site, considering planning, design, economic viability, and community impact. The outcome of this work will support the Council in determining whether future projects on these sites are feasible, and if so, what form those projects might take. This commission will include site analysis, stakeholder engagement (as required), high-level concept design options, and reporting to support internal review and decision-making processes.
