Tradebroker would like, on behalf of its member companies, to enter into a framework agreement with 2 tenderers for the delivery of electrical power and accompanying services. Further described in the attached delivery description. The members have currently a total annual delivery volume of about 1 000 GWh and tradebroker wants to offer framework agreements for electricity at the market's most competitive terms for its members. Competitive terms are in this context defined as the consideration of the financial criteria and the consideration of quality and implementation ability. Attention is drawn to the fact that it is only the value that the public members represent that is covered by LOA/FOR.
