Multi Party Framework Agreement for supply and installation of public realm railings & fabricated facilities and associated works

Description

The framework agreement will be established as a multi-party framework agreement with 5 number of operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. This framework will allow for a reserve participant, so if one of the framework members drops out there is another party that can be brought in. South Dublin County Council requires tenderers to submit detailed information and pricing for the supply and installation of specified railing types, recreational facilities (calisthenics parks, parkour, play features, etc) in various locations within the South Dublin County Council area. SDCC will have the option to proceeding to additional associated works if budgets become available. SDCC may require tender to do additional associated hard and soft landscaping, this may include some civil works aspects depending on project requirements. During the lifetime of this framework SDCC may require additional associated works to be completed this may include the following associated works. - Reinstatement or installation of footpaths in concrete or macadam to the TII standards and as per SDCC specifications. - Supply & installation of park furniture (seating, benches, tables, railings etc) - Supply and installation of recreational facilities such as teen spaces, calisthenics, parkour, play facilities, MUGA, etc. Tender applicants shall source the supply the equipment of a reputable and professional firm. During the framework SDCC will have the option of deciding a preferred supplier. This selection will be based on calisthenics equipment performance and value for money. - Remedial & repairs works on existing railings, bridges, fences, gates, walls, recreational facilities, etc. For further information on the scope of the works please see Vol A All waste removed by the appointed Contractor must be disposed of in accordance with Irish Waste Management Legislation and Regulations created thereunder at Authorised Waste Facilities.
